Over 25 Live cookery demonstrations and workshops are a key part of the market, giving visitors a unique opportunity to meet with, and learn from, some of the best known and most creative chefs in the business!
There’s also a chance to meet leading food experts, educators, and writers, who will deliver talks, workshops, and mini seminars on aspects of nutrition, food culture, healthy eating, and even the secrets of how to get your kids to eat their vegetables!
The indoor market has a wide variety of over 70 local artisan food and drink stalls – all showcasing the very best local and artisan food.
